I had a really great experience here! From the moment I walked in, Mike made me feel completely at ease. The store itself has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere with relaxing music and you’re given plenty of time try out mattresses. What really stood out was that they were focused on finding what would work best for me and very flexible with delivery and returns. Mike went above and beyond to make the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I ended up with the perfect mattress, a great nights sleep and the added bonus of a thoughtful gift bag. We have been sleeping on various models of  Tempur-Pedic mattresses over the last 25 years. We thought we were happy! When a friend told us about PhD mattresses, we were very curious to learn more so we made an appointment. What differentiates PhD is their use of technology to access what is best for your sleep based on many factors and they then apply the findings to one of their many exclusive lines of high-end mattresses they carry.  The results were shocking. Both my wife and I were on the wrong mattress, and our mattress needs could not be further apart (ultra-plush vs. super-firm). PhD found us the right fit that addresses both our needs in the same bed. The results have been astonishing. We are both experiencing the best sleep we can ever recall, we love our new bed. They take the same technology findings and also fit you with the correct pillow. If you care about the importance of your sleep, do yourself a favor and see PhD. Mattresses are a daunting industry with so many choices and so many promotions. Do not make the mistake of trying to save a few dollars, get what is right for you. He did such a great job explaining things to us and making sure we bought a mattress that was specifically for our needs. Just a few years prior we had bought a national brand name mattress from a competitor and were totally disappointed when not even a year later the mattress had sunk in, as u can see in the picture. Amazing customer service, went in to find a firm mattress topper and got exactly that. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. I hope to come back for when we replace our mattress!
